Heading down the road on your next RV trip should be full of excitement and anticipation–not dread at the sound of an obvious malfunction. Whether you perform regular checks on your RV or do it all at set times of the year, it’s important to make sure that you won’t end up waiting for roadside assistance instead of enjoying your weekend.
Twice a year, it’s good practice to deep clean and wax your RV, but that’s just the beginning. Checking the filter on your water heater and inspecting for cracks in your moisture seals is a good way to prevent unnecessary water damage, and lubricating any hitches, jacks, or steps will reduce the chances of rust in places you’d rather not have it.
So while you’re taking advantage of our 24/7 access RV storage and round-the-clock video surveillance, make sure to double-check your hoses, cables, tires, and awnings to make sure they’re undamaged and secured tight. When it’s time to hit the road, you’ll be ready.
