    Altoona RV & Boat Storage is located at 203 5th Ave, Altoona, Iowa 50009. We’re easily accessible via I-80 and I-35.

  • When can I access my storage unit?

    Store with Altoona RV & Boat Storage and have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • What are the office hours?

    We’re at the office Monday through Friday between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm.

  • Am I able to pay my storage bill online?

    Pay your monthly storage bill via our website using a debit or credit card. If you would rather pay in-person, stop by the office while we’re open.

  • What documentation do I need to rent a space?

    Have a valid form of government-issued identification such as a driver's license or passport. You must also have up to date vehicle registration.

  • What types of parking do you offer?

    We offer uncovered parking for RVs, boats, and other vehicles.

  • Is the facility safe?

    Altoona RV & Boat Storage is monitored 24 hours a day using our video surveillance system. These cameras allow us to see who comes inside of the facility and when. If any criminal activity were to take place, we provide local police with the camera footage.

  • How do I gain access to my vehicle?

    Once you sign a lease and get moved in you’ll be given a code that gives you access inside of our electronic gate. Enter your code into the gate keypad during visits.
