You’ve got your bait and your lucky fishing rod–well, we know it’s all skill. But before you set out on a new fishing season, have you double-checked your oil, electrical systems, or boating license? At Altoona Boat & RV, we don’t just store your boat–we want to make sure you get the most out of the time we save you by renting our convenient boat storage!
Make sure that before each fishing season, you’ve changed the oil, inspected your electrical parts for damage, and cleaned your bilge pumps. Your safety equipment and license should also be up-to-date, and it won’t hurt to clean and wax your boat, too!
At the end of every season, it’s time to winterize your mechanical systems, remove any loose equipment, change the oil and filters, fill your fuel tanks, and stabilize the fuel. These are just a few quick ways that will keep your boat in top condition and get you back on the water faster when you retrieve your boat from our 24/7 access boat storage!
